3. Attorney Samuel Kessler had the tower installed on a hill in the center of a memorial park he had recently founded, the Crest Haven Memorial Park, adjacent to the King Solomon Cemetery along Route 3 in Clifton. The tower is still the centerpiece of the cemetery.

Offers have been made to the cemetery management for its purchase, but Richard Kessler, president of the organization, which operates the 30-acre Memorial Park, says "It's not for sale at any price. It's of great value to the cemetery and a focal point."
