1.    On the Jewish High Holy Days, Krueger Auditorium was transformed into a synagogue for the Jews of the Third Ward with no synagogue affiliation, replete with choir and cantor.  My parents, my younger brother, Al, and myself attended the Krueger Auditorium in the late 1920s and into the early 1930s for these holiday services.
